FluxGeo License

1. Free use of official FluxGeo binaries

You may download, install, and use official, unmodified FluxGeo binaries free of charge for personal, educational, research, professional, and organizational use.

2. Current source code

The current FluxGeo source tree is private. Downloading or using an official FluxGeo binary does not grant source-code access, modification rights, redistribution rights, or permission to create a derivative product. Private source access may be granted separately to approved collaborators or licensees under written terms.

3. Redistribution, modification, and branding

Unless separately authorized in writing, official FluxGeo binaries may not be modified, repackaged, sold, sublicensed, or redistributed as another product. The FluxGeo name, logo, branding, authorship notices, and visual identity may not be used to imply that a modified or unrelated product is an official FluxGeo release. Reverse engineering restrictions apply except where applicable law expressly provides otherwise.

4. Historical and future open-source releases

FluxGeo source versions or snapshots that were expressly released under GNU AGPLv3 remain governed by the license terms granted with those historical releases. The current licensing policy does not revoke rights already granted for an earlier AGPL release.

Future FluxGeo releases may be offered under different terms, including AGPLv3 or another open-source license. Each release is governed by the license terms explicitly supplied with that release, and a future licensing change does not retroactively change earlier releases.

5. Commercial and source-access licensing

Modified redistribution, proprietary integration, OEM or white-label distribution, private source access, and other rights beyond ordinary use of the official application require a separate written agreement. Contact support@fluxgeo.org.

6. Third-party components

Third-party libraries, fonts, and other components bundled with FluxGeo remain governed by their own licenses and notices. Those third-party rights and obligations are not changed by the FluxGeo Binary License.

7. Warranty

FluxGeo is provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
